May Monthly Spotlight

The May Newsletter & Resident Tip Sheet are now available! This month we would like to introduce some exciting new capabilities of Community Hub: the addition of multiple language options and the option to bulk upload and update members as a group. We've also created a video showing you how to upload community members in bulk; click here to watch it.

Free Onsite Training Opportunity!

Free onsite and virtual support and training from Livetech is available to all PCC communities! Whether you need additional staff training, resident support, or help with installation or other tech issues – Livetech is here to help! Click here to request training dates. Full and half day support is available, and Parker will provide funding for refreshments for resident training.

And be sure to listen to our recent User Meeting recording to learn how you can send text notifications in multiple languages across smart devices (go to 19:40 in the recording). Use code NskJrmJ5 to access the recording.

February Monthly Spotlight

The February Newsletter & Resident Tip Sheet are now available! This month, we would like to show your residents how they can use their voice assistant to make calls. It’s important to note that phone calls to emergency services, like 911, are not supported. Go to the resources page to view the PDFs.
